March 13, 2010, Steve and I met you for the first time. After going through several realtors, we were both desperate and tired. It felt as if we’d gone on countless wild goose chases and experienced one too many mismatched personalities. So we decided to put the word out, we needed a realtor with “connections”. Although we did not know you personally, we longed for someone just like you. It was then that we learned of you Shonn. We were told of your reputation for being a prompt and constant professional.
April 3, it was only our third time out, and you found us the house of our dreams. Not only were you diligent, you listened to our likes, and dislikes, and found us exactly what we were looking for. You never tried to convince us to settle nor did you make any false promises. You were transparent and resourceful. For example, although I was pre-qualified through an underwriter the loan still needed to be shopped for a lender, you recommended a lender (no middle man) who had a loan program that saves us money each month by forgoing PMI insurance. You also personally knew the property’s selling agent because your sons played T ball together, you called her on a Saturday, the day we first viewed the house, and got the ball rolling (a head start on other agents). In addition, you made phone a call to the seller’s bank, informed me of what was needed, faxed over my paperwork, and had me prequalified by the seller’s bank, all on that same Saturday. By Sunday morning, just one day after seeing the house, our application was on the selling agent’s desk along with our pre-qualification acceptance letter. Now that’s what we call exceptional service!
May 18, we closed, less than 45 days later. A few days before closing, you had to leave town on a family matter, your wife stepped right in, grabbing the torch and seeing us across that final finish line –six weeks from start to finish.

Hi we are Eddie and Janell Orozco,
We had the pleasure of meeting Shonn Thompson 6 years ago. My wife and I had been searching every weekend for our first home. We went though several different realtors all of which were more consumed with personal benefit. We were being taken advantage of.
One day we were coming out of a grocery store, and I picked up a Better Homes magazine looking for something in our budget range, but we did not find one. On the back cover there was a picture of Shonn with his Colgate smile. We went to his office thinking we had nothing to lose; when we arrived he dropped what he was doing and gave us his undivided attention.
